Ronald de Hommel

Ronald de Hommel works as a photojournalist. In his photography he likes to focus on the human angle. During his many travels, he is more struck by the similarities between people than their differences. In Asia, in South America or in the middle east, people may live in extraordinary situations (like war or dire poverty) they still do their daily very ordinary things. Life still goes on.

Besides his assignments for several Dutch and international media, he is currently working on two long term documentary projects.
