Shipping policy

SHIPPING
Your  design, book and gift order will ship with FedEx ground and you will receive separate email with tracking info.
Your order will be securely packed, complimentary gift wrapping available upon request.
All art works will be professionally packed and shipped in a custom made crate. You will be contacted prior to shipment to arrange delivery date and other details.

We ship within the USA, some states are excluded from standard shipping. You will receive tracking info, once your order shipped out. Usually within 48 hours of ordering. If an item arrives damaged you have to notify us within 24 hours by email including pictures of packaging and good(s) and we will work with you to solve the issue.

Pricing for shipment on our website is for domestic shipping or inbound USA. We can arrange shipping of Art Works to other countries but additional costs may apply. International shipments (to Canada, Europe and UK) may be subject to VAT. Buyer is responsible for paying import duties if applicable.

RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns at this time.
