Dutch people eat their fries with mayonnaise. Patatje Mayo is the guilty pleasure of many in the small country of The Netherlands. When ordered in a traditional snackbar, it's served in a two compartment open container with mayonnaise separate from the fries. You eat it with a small wooden fork.
