This extraordinary 6 x 24 inch acrylic shadow box presents ten brilliantly colored butterfly specimens in a carefully composed vertical arrangement, celebrating the remarkable diversity of form, pattern, and iridescence found in nature.

At the top, Papilio blumei fruhstorferi captivates with its electric green bands that shimmer against velvety black wings. Beneath it, Charaxes fulvescens and Prepona laertes introduce warmth and depth through rich rust tones, smoky blacks, and flashes of metallic blue. At the center, Morpho patroclus commands attention with expansive iridescent wings glowing in luminous cobalt edged with charcoal.

Further down, the soft pearlescent blue of Morpho sulkowski contrasts beautifully with the deep maroon hues of Charaxes lucretius intermedius. The elegant Trogonoptera trojana follows with its dramatic black-and-mint coloration, adding graphic intensity to the composition. Near the base, Graphium weiskei and Phoebis philea create a striking chromatic dialogue; vivid violet and lime green set against radiant yellow. Completing the arrangement, Morpho didius anchors the piece with its bold, luminous blue wings.
